The MADE in SHIRATAKI Marche is a community market where visitors can enjoy the activities and food culture of Shirataki, Engaru. Through dishes made with locally grown produce and regional specialties, as well as hands-on activities, the event showcases the unique charm of Shirataki.
For the first event, we promoted it only to Shirataki residents through newspaper inserts and other local advertising, and held it on a small scale.
